In the first phase we give you the assistance you need to evaluate land before making a purchase or to assess the feasibility of the property you already own vs your vision. We’ll review the grading, potential regulations, fire road access and so much more. During this first phase, our custom home building team or commercial build team will review the desired scope of your new build project and begin to gather the needed information to best prepare for a preliminary design and budget draft. Phase 2:
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
During our pre-construction phase of building your new home or commercial project your vision will start to become more and more clear. We take care of:
• Design/Architecture Proposals, Review and On-going Refinement
• Constructability Reviews and Value Engineering Studies
• Partner Walk-Throughs, Bidding Process for the most Accurate and Appropriate Pricing
• Construction Document Coordination/Generation
• Materials/Finishes Identification and Purchasing Breakdown
• Permit Approvals
• Project Scheduling and Coordination

Phase 3:
CONSTRUCTION
All pre-vetted subcontractors are quality craftsmanship and will begin working on your job site. Your site will be supervised by a dedicated MC Design Builders Project Manager committed to communication and transparency with you, every step of the way:
• Trade Partner Coordination and Onsite Supervision
• Schedule and Cost Control
